ShyPleasures.com’s policy provides that we do not rent or sell your name, your address, your email address or any other personal information we have about you to another company. However, certain non-identifying information, anonymous information (i.e., age, sex, regional location, etc.) may be shared with third parties on an aggregate basis.

Polls

If you elect to use our referral service to inform a friend about our site, we ask for your name and email address as well as that of your friend. We automatically send your friend and you a one-time email inviting him or her to visit our site. We store this information indefinitely for the sole purpose of sending this one-time e-mail. You or your friend may contact us at support@shypleaseures.com to request removal of this information from our database.

Registration  

If a user chooses to register with our site, a user is required to give the following: a unique password, a unique user name and an optional email. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.

Legal Disclaimer  

Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to release information concerning any site visitor where such visitor is believed to be in violation of his or her obligations to us, is partaking (or is suspected of partaking) in any illegal activity, in response to civil subpoenas and discovery requests, to protect the interests of ShyPleasures.com, our customers or others, and as otherwise permitted or required by law as regards to these special cases.
